Rising Tide High Layer Bourbon Chef
Rising Tide High Layer Bourbon Chef
Highlighting the beauty of salvaged materials, this well balanced blade is made by stacking and fusing bourbon barrel bands with nickel and high carbon steel. The high performance carbon steel working edge is protected by a labor intensive recycled bourbon barrel band cladding. The blade features a versatile, slightly convex grind that is both thin behind the edge and easy to maintain. Comfortable, form fitting maple burl handle. The full tang Blackwood bolster imparts a stout feel while the majority hidden tang adds to the comfort and ease of maintenance while shedding weight. Bronze spacer.
