This simple and light paring knife is forged with lots of love and joy - creating a topographic pattern with steel serves to be an incredibly joyful experience. Repetitious cutting, welding and forging, the pattern creates itself and is impossible to replicate. Once the steel has been created, it’s carefully forged to shape.
