The Heritage line of blades is where storied materials and elegant finishes come together in simple heirloom elegance. The historic carbon steel is lab tested before being hand forged. Originally just a paring knife I got to make for Chef Sean Brock, he coined it “the Granny Paring knife” because of the style of cutting it lends itself to. After he ordered a few more, I decided to bring the design back.
